With its historic roots dating back over 200 years and derived from a principally agricultural client base, the firm has evolved over the last 20 years to provide advice to a range of clients including some of the countries leading independent schools, several national charities, a national hotel chain, two airfields and several FTSE 250 companies. The firm has however not lost sight of its agricultural roots and has expanded its estate and farm management advice over the years but also manages residential commercial, leisure,aviation and minerals portfolios.

The firm is often able to offer partially or entirely performance linked fees for many planning projects and also provide portfolio management with a fee basis linked to improved performance rather than just a percentage of rent collected.
