What is the Midlands Polo Camp? 

Morning: Polo Camp in the morning with lessons on; Schooling, a great chance to get some help getting your horse going at its best. Rules and tactics sessions. The why and how of umpiring. Shot techniques and refining your skills for the afternoon tournament!

Afternoons: Refine your skills in either a half or full slot in the afternoon with the ‘no pro’ Kangaroo Challenge (–6 to –2 Goal). During the matches people will be given the opportunity to umpire with a qualified umpire to show them the ropes.  After the tournament anybody who wishes can take their umpire and rules tests.

Saturday Evening

After the Kangaroo Challenge there is a post-match discussion.  All the games are recorded and will be analysed on the big screen. Then it’s time to sit down and relax with a BBQ and drinks in the bar!

Who Is The Camp Suitable For?

There is something for everybody at the camp, whether your goal is to stay on your horse or to be able to tap the ball in the air down the pitch!

When Is The Camp Held?

The weekend of the 1st & 2nd July 2023. Buy yourself a tent and camp overnight, showers and bathroom facilities on site!
